Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, ideal for lazy weekends.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast with citrus, sweet and cocoa aroma. It has a silky touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced back to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a good book with a warm family hug. Prepare your French Press by using water that isn't at boiling point. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from absorbing too much and creating unwanted elements in the drink. Add  coffee beans 1kg , and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then let it sit for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
